Where is the event held?
The murder trial live takes place, in our big top tent. Some events take place in hotels.
What’s included in my ticket?
Tickets include admission to the venue and a seat on the jury, there are 23 tables each with 12 seats, admission includes the full trial, evidence and the ability to cast your vote.
Is there a minimum age?
We recommend that participants are aged 14 and above, anyone under the age of 18 would require and an adult to be present.
Can carers attend?
Yes, they can attend for free, please see the footer on the website on how to register for a carer place.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we accept cash and card at the bar and at the food vendors.
Is there food available?
Yes, there is a selection of tasty food options from various food vendors. All food is subject to availability.
Is there drink available?
Yes, there is a full licensed bar that offers a selection of drinks and snacks these include, prosecco, craft ales and a wide selection of gin.
Is the venue accessible for the less-abled?
Yes our venue is fully carpeted, due to the event been outdoor the floor may be slightly uneven, we have a team on hand to assist with ant less-abled guests.
Is the venue heated?
Yes the venue is heated to a comfortable temperature, there may be pockets in the tent that may be cooler due to being outdoors, we do recommend wrapping up warm, some guests bring a blanket.
What’s inside the Big Top Tent?
Within our bespoke made Big Top, you’ll find bars and food vendors providing a range of options. The Big Top holds a capacity of up to 450 people. At the front of the Big Top you’ll see the Courtroom stage and set along with stunning AV to provide an incredible experience. The Big Top is fully heated however, we do offer blankets for extra comfort! As the Big Top is an outdoor event, temporary event toilet facilities are provided with hand sanitiser.
What clothing shall I wear?
This is an outdoor event, we recommend sturdy footwear, wrap up warm and dress to impress.
How will you contact me?
We contact customer by email, we use the email address that was used to purchase the tickets, please regularly check your spam/junk folder for updates on the event.
Is there a refunds policy?
Yes to view the refunds policy, please click the link in the footer of the website to view our terms and conditions. Without booking fee protection, booking fees are non-refundable.
Are there any special effects used?
There are period of darkness and theatrical lights used throughout the performance.
What time shall I arrive?
Doors open at 6:30pm, last admission is 7:15pm.
Where will I be sat?
We operate a free seating policy, we are unable to reserve seats, we advise you to arrive early to join the que if you wish to sit together, please be aware those arriving later or towards the back of the que may be sat separately.
What time does it start?
The murder trail live Is a fully immersive experience, where guests are required to actively participant in the event, there are tasks required of juror before the trail begins so therefore the last admission is 7:15pm.
Are there toilets?
Yes there are toilets are provided, some venues have access onsite toilets, some venues/locations there will be temporary toilets for our guests to use.
Is there an interval?
Yes, there is a 15 minute interval, the food vendors and bar are open throughout the trial.
What do we need to bring with us?
I would advise you to bring something to make notes with, as there is a lot information as part of the trial that you may need to refer back to during the deliberation.
What time does it finish?
The event finishes between 10pm – 10:30pm, the bar is open till 11pm, the bar closes at 10:30pm on a Sunday.
Do I need to bring my tickets?
In order to speed admission please have your tickets and barcode open on your phone or printed for scanning, if you don’t have access to your tickets, please bring id and we will locate your booking on the system.
Can we bring our own Food and Drink?
No, for public safety regarding allergies, guests are not permitted to bring their own food into the venue.
Due to licensing law the only alcohol that can be consumed in the venue is the alcohol that is purchased in the venue.
I have a food allergy?
Our catering team, cater for all food allergies, and offer both vegetarians and options for vegans.
What happens if there is bad weather?
In the event of bad weather our site engineer will decide if the event is safe to proceed, in the event of it been postponed please refer to the website for consumer rights.
Is parking available at the Big Top events?
Parking is available on the Big Top sites for £5 per car, cash and card available.
How do I find the Big Top Event?
The location of the event is listed on the website. Please follow the postcode provided. A-Board directional signage will direct you to the site from all main roads.
What’s included in a VIP ticket to a Big Top event?
Our VIP zone comprises of five tables at the front of all the action. Tickets include a complimentary programme whilst seated smack bang in front of the Judge and witness stand, you're amongst the best seats in the house, analyse the body language and stare out the accused from our VIP seats.
Can I reserve a seat in advance?
Our events are all free seating. Your ticket admits you to a specific seating zone however, within that zone we do not offer reserved seats. We ask guests not to leave single seats between themselves and other guests. We do advise arriving early if you are a large party and sitting together is important. If you have purchased a Group Jury ticket then the table will be yours.
What is a General Admission ticket?
At mid-week and matinee events we do not operate tiered seating. Instead the events operate one ticket tier called General Admission. You can take a seat anywhere in the Big Top on a General Admission ticket.
